ORDINANCE NO. 82-6-2254
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF'WILLETT TRUCKING FOR SALE TO THE'CITY OF
ITS REQUIREMENT OF`LIMESTONE; TO BE USED IN STREET CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR THE YEAR
1982-83, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Willett Trucking for
sale to the City of its requirement of limestone to'be used in street construction
work for the year 1982=83, for the following -prices:

Said bid being in substantial, compliance with a Municipal Order authorized by the
Board of Commissioners on.May 11, 1982, and as contained in the bid of Willett
Trucking, dated May 26, 1982.
SECTION 2..' That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Willett
Trucking for the purchase -of limestone as set out in Section l above, according to
the provisions in said Municipal Order and in said'bd-.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said limestone shall be charged to -FRS
Street Paving and Construction and/or Municipal Aid Program Funds.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
