AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JIMAR PAVING COMPANY, INC. FOR SALE TO
CITY OF PADUCAH OF THE CITY'S REQUIREMENT OF BITUMINOUS CONCRETE (CLASS I, TYPE
TO BE USED IN STREET RESURFACING -,.-AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -CITY -OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Jimar Paving
, Inc., for sale to the City of its requirement of bituminous concrete (Class
, Type A) for the year 1982-83 (approximately 5,000 tons) for the sum of $22.00 per
(said price to be guaranteed through December 31, 1982) to be picked up at the
ant by the City, and to be used in street resurfacing; said contract being in
tantial compliance with the Municipal Order adopted by the Board of Commissioners
May 11, 1982, and as contained in the bid of Jimar Paving Company, Inc.,

SECTION 2. That Jimar Paving Company will furnish to .the City, within ten

SECTION 3 That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Jimar
