ORDINANCE NO. 82-6-2248
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER
TO PAY ZORN ENTERPRISES, THE SUM OF $8,457.50, FOR SUPPLIES TO BE
USED BY THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be, and
they are hereby, authorized to pay Zorn Enterprises, the sum of
$8,457.50 for supplies to be used by the Paducah Police
Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-210-361.
SECTION 3. Since these supplies and have received and
a savings of 15 percent may be obtained by payment immediately,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect upon its passage at one reading.
