ORDINANCE NO. 82-5-2236
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 10-52, STREET DEPARTMENT
GENERALLY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 10-52, Street Department -
Generally of the Code of Ordinances be amended and reordained so that said section as
amended and-reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-52. Street Department - Generally.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the
Street Department, and the salaries of each position that shall be paid upon satis-
factory completion of consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon
recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. Due to the need to create a position, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage with one reading.
