ORDINANCE NO. 82-4-2232
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $5,604.80 TO PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM
FOR UTILITY POLES TO BE USED IN NOBLE PARK
WHEREAS, to -utilize savings on..freight charges on the purchase of
electric poles,and
WHEREAS, purchasing through Paducah Power System instead of an independent
supplier would be a substantial savings to the City of Paducah;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,_ KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he -is hereby,,authorized to enter into a
contract with Paducah Power. System, for the -purchase of eight (8) utility poles to be
used in Noble Park,..for,the sum of.$5,604.80.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-610-525 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure._
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on..two.separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
