ORDINANCE NO. 82-4-2231
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
LEO BROOKING FOR THE PURCHASE OF QUARTZ LIGHT FIXTURES, JUNCTION BOXES, BULBS
AND LAMPS TO BE INSTALLED AT THE NOBLE PARK BALLFIELD
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into a contract
with Leo Brooking, for the purchase and installation of quartz light
fixtures,'junction boxes, quartz 1500 watt bulbs and quartz lamps to be
installed at the ballfield in Noble Park.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid expenditure shall be paid from the
following accounts: up to $11200 is to be paid from Account No.
10-500-610-371 for the purchase of lamps; and up to $4,468.80 shall be paid
Account No. 10-500-610-525 for the purchase,of'light fixtures, junction
xes and bulbs.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
