At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at the Information Age Park
Resource Center at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 9, 2002, Mayor Paxton presided, and upon
call of the roll by the Assistant City Clerk, the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Abraham, Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton (4). Commissioner
Coleman was absent (1).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Montgomery offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May
9, 2002, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Montgomery, Smith and
Mayor Paxton (4).
This meeting was held for a Commission Budget Advance.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
