Home My WebLink About82-4-2225304 ORDINANCE NO. 82-4-2225 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY ACT, INC., THE SUM OF $4,315.63 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be, and they are hereby, authorized to pay ACT, Inc., (Applied Computing Technology, Inc.) the sum of $4,315.63, for expanded programming services beyond the scope of the existing contract, including assistance in training city staff and providing temporary assistance in the absence of staff. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 20-500-120-265. SECTION 3., This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
