ORDINANCE NO. 82-1-2197
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LEASE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED
PROPERTY TO EARL SCHMITT
WHEREAS, the City owns property located on Lebanon Church Road,
adjacent to property owned by Earl Schmitt, and
WHERAS, Mr. Schmitt would like to cultivate said property during the
year 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the
City lease
to Earl Schmitt,
certain
City owned
property (approximately
62 acres)
located on
Lebanon Church
Road,
adjacent to
property owned by Mr. Schmitt, for a term of one year, in consideration of
one-fourth of the proceeds from the sale of produce_ grown on this property.
SECTION 2. A lease for this property shall be approved by the
Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
