ORDINANCE NO. 82-3-2217
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 12-19, 11NUMBER, RANK AND
SALARIES OF MEMBERS" OF ARTICLE II "FIRE DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 12-19, 11Number, rank and
salaries of members", of Article II "Fire Department" of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that same as amended and
reordained shall hereafter read as'follows:
"Sec. 12-19. Number, rank and salaries of members.
(a) The number and rank of membersof the Fire Department of the City and
the salary'of each -position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of
consecutive years of service in the Fire Department:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be retroactive to February 15, 1982.
SECTION 3. This ordinance be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
