Home My WebLink About82-2-22110 ORDINANCE NO. 82-2-2211 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT WITH THE CAFARO COMPANY WHEREAS, the Cafaro Company is in the process of constructing the Kentucky Oaks Mall, and WHEREAS, a right of way easement is necessary for the construction and maintenance of sewers on the property of the Cafaro Company. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a right of way easement with the Cafaro Company, which easement is attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance as if set out in full. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof. John K.
