MOTION R & F NOTICES Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery, that the Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2002, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Montgomery, and Mayor Paxton (3). This meeting was held to discuss the budget for the City. Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
