ORDINANCE NO. 82-2-2209
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AUCTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sections 5-11 through 5-14 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paducah, are hereby repealed; and sections 5-20 through 5-34 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Paducah are hereby repealed in their entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
