Home My WebLink About2014-09-8183100 ORDINANCE NO. 2014-9-8183 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE LUTHER F. CARSON FOUR RIVERS CENTER, INC. FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center Inc. in the amount of $80,240, to be paid in quarterly installments of $20,060 each, to provide an extensive youth performance schedule in continuing with their tradition of the "Class Act" series. This contract shall expire June 30, 2015. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund 004-0401-536-8061. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. ATTEST: Tammara S.
