HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-11-2173206 ORDINANCE NO. 81-11-2173 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON NORTH 32ND STREET AND TRIMBLE STREET, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1976 SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on November 2, 1981, entitled,""A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE-'-*- PADUCAH HE-± PADUCAH PLANNING -COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED --REZONIN,G OF- PROPERTY LOCATED ON NORTH 32ND STREET AND TRIMBLE STREET", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting.the matters therein set forth. - SECTION 2. That the zone classification change and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby, declared to be in agreement with the comprehensive plan of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-4, High Density Residential Zone to B-1, Convenience and Service Zone: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Trimble Street where that line intersects an extension of the westerly property line of Ariller Stubblefield; thence in a southerly -direction and with the westerly line of Ariller Stubblefield 206.25 feet to a point in the centerline of an abandoned alley; thence in a westerly direction 10 feet more or less to the centerline of an existing alley; thence in a northerly direction and with the centerline of said alley 215 feet more or less to the centerline of Trimble Street; thence in an easterly direction and with the centerline of Trimble Street 75 feet more or less to the point of beginning. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs, and provisions. SECTION 5.
