ORDINANCE NO. 81-11-2170
AN.ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING -AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY
A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $3,000.00 TO ALLAN RHODES FORD & HONDA, FOR -REPAIRS -TO THE
1978 FORD.FRONT, LOADER REFUSE TRUCK,.AND DE-CLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to pay a sum .not -.to exceed $3,.000.0.0,-to-All-an,Rhodes Ford &
Honda, for repairs to the 1978 Ford Refuse Front. Loader Refuse Truck.
SECTION 2. That Account No, 001-0-18-22 shall -be. -charged with the -aforesaid
expenditure. - -
SECTION_3.- Due.to .the necessity of repairing the.. equipment so refuse can
be picked up, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and the reading of this
ordinance at two separate meetings is hereby suspended.
SECTION 4.- This -ordinance shall_be in full force -arid effect immediately
upon passage by the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
