HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-10-2165195 ORDINANCE NO. 81-10-2165 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN TRIMBLE AND CLAY STREETS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize the closing of an alley lying between Trimble and Clay Streets and running in a northerly and southerly direction east of North 32nd Street in Block A of Belmont Heights Addition to the City of Paducah, and more particularly described as follows: A 15 foot alley located between Trimble Street and Clay Street and running in a northerly and southerly direction east of North 32nd Street in Block A of Belmont Heights Addition to the City of Paducah. SECTION 2::. That the Corporation Counsel -of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he -is hereby, authorized, empowered and directed to institute -and prosecute, pursuant to KRS 82.405, an action in"the McCracken Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the closing of the alley described in Section 1 above. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof. /s/ --John K.
