AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF McCANN ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR AN
EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION -COMPENSATION STUDY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SUCH STUDY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF TADUCAH,-KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the pr6pbsa'-1 of M.&Caif-h
Associates., 1nc.-.1or an emp lbyeei.- -cl dssi-fi-eat on compensation' study i" ' for d'sum of
$5,600.00; said proposal being in substantial compliance with-therequest,for- �-
proposals authorized_ by Municipal Order passed by_the Board of Commissioners on July
27, 1981, and as contained in the proposal of McCann Associates., Inc.-, dated
September 9, 1981.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with McCann Associates, Inc. for the study authorized in Section 1 above.,

accordingdocuments to all heretofore approved and inc orporated'in the bid.
