ORDINANCE NO. 81-10-2162
AN ORDINANCE:ACCEPTING THE BID OF MUNICIPAL EQUIPMENT, INC. FOR SALE TO THE
CITY OF TWO LEAF LOADERS FOR USE BY THE STREET'DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED.W THE CITY OF-PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. -"That -the City"of Paducah accept the bid of Municipal Equipment,
Inc., for sale to theeCity of two"Gidnt=Vac Model'9800'"L6af Loaders for use by the
Street Department, fot°-the sum of -$18;996.00; said bid`being"in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement forbids as was authorized
by Order passed by the..Board of Commissioners on -September' 8, 1981, and as contained
in the bid, -of --Municipal Equipment.Inc., dated September 21, 1981.
SECTION -2. That -the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with"Municipal Equipment, Inc., for the leaf loaders authorized in Section 1
above, according to -the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
ECTION-3. The purchase price"for said leaf loaders shall be charged to
FRS Account No. 002-017-14.
SECTION.4: -This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and"will be
effective "upon publication -of title" and.a certified summary thereof
