SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Jefferson Insurance
Company through Bradshaw'&'Weil, Inc. to pro'v`i-d6 Liability -'Inisurance, for the Paducah

by Municipal Order adopted by the Board of Commissioners on September 8, 1981, and as
contained in the bid of Jefferson Insurance Company dated September 28, 1981.
SECTION 2. That,,t4e Mdyor-be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Jefferson Insurance Company for liability insurance for the Police
Department as authorized"'i7fi'Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said liability insurance shall be
charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 002-009-80.
SECTION 4. Due to the'preiienit , in , su- , r8he 7 e I expiring ring on October 9, 1981 an
emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage at one reading.
