ORDINANCE 81-9-2145
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
BUREAU OF REHABILITATION SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
FOR AN ON -THE -JOB -TRAINING PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah enter into an agreement with the
Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, Department of Education, Commonwealth of Kentucky,
to implement an on-the-job training program.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an -
agreement with the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, Department of Education,
according to the agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if fully set
out herein.
SECTION 2. The City will be reimbursed in full for the salary paid to the
trainee for the duration of this program.
SECTION 3. Due to the need for the City to implement the Bureau of
Rehabilitation Services program, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage at- one reading.
