ORDINANCE NO. 81-9-2144
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-47, "NONCIVIL.SERVICE
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,.. KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 2-47 "Nonci.vil Service Employees
Generally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended
and reordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as
follows:
"Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following nonc.ivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount,set. opposite the
designation of such employment, upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of
service in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:
