NOW, THEREFORE., -_,RE. IT -ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,

-SECTION 1. That the .-.City,- of -Paducah, pursuant to State Contract -
No. GS -00Q02542, accept the proposal of: Applied Computing Technology., Inc. for
writing a Budgetary ,Accouting_Systerp. fox, the D34 Computer used by -the Finance
Department of, -,the City of Paducah, for a maximum fee of $5,000_i00,_.:_:_
-SECTION 2. The proposal, -of Applied Computing Technology, Inc.
is attached hereto- and made -a -part hereof as if, set -out-in, full herein.. -
