ORDINANCE NO. 81-7-2130
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH IBM CORPORATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION '1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to
enter into a lease agreement with IBM Corporation, for lease of the following equip-
ment to :be used with the D34 Computer:

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
