ORDINANCE NO. 81-7-2129
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND ' DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
TREASURER TO PAY THE SUM 'OF $2,6 29. 23- TO KENTUCKY MACHINERY, INC.,
FOR REPAIRS TO THE- LANDFILL• CRAWLER, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO
EXIST -

BE IT ORDAINED BY-THE'CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the' Mayor and City Treasurer be; and they._'are
hereby,' authorized' and directed" to' pay the ruin of` $2 629.23'to Kentucky- '-
Machinery, Inc., for repairs 'to the-land'fill cr=awler.
SECTION 2. That General Fund Account No. 1809 shall be charged
with the aforesaid expenditure:
'' SK, TIO -N 3-: An emergency is' -hereby declared to eidst and the
reading of this ordinance at two separate meetings is hereby suspended.
SECTION' -4.' This ordinance shall be in: full force and effect immedi-
ately upon passage by the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
