ORDINANCE NO. 81-7-2127
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (b) OF SECTION 10-49, CIVIL -
SERVICE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (b) of Section 10-49 of the .Code of Ordi
nances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said
section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-49. Department of Finance.
(b) For such period of time as the City of Paducah receives and must
account for general,revenue sharing funds and any special revenue sharing funds
from the , United States Government, the auditor and bookkeeper shall .be -compensated- -
for their extra services in an amount as follows: Auditor f $33-69} •$36.00 per month.
Bookkeeper ($22709 $24.00 per month. Any of the foregoing positions in subsection_.
(a) may hereafter from time to time be designated for payment from said revenue - -.
sharing funds upon motion duly passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate. days and will _ ,
be retroactive. to July 1,--_1981._.
