AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF IBM CORPORATION
FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE D34 COMPUTER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PA:DUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, pursuant to State Contract
No. GS -000O2542, purchase from IBM Corporation, one D34 Computer System Unit;
for the sum of $46,950.00.
SECTION '2 A copy 'of 'the Agreement for Purchase, Order Certification
and Supplement to Agreement pp g ement is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set out
in full herein.
SECTION 3'.- - The purchase of said Computer 'shall be charged to
General Fund Account No: '002-06'5.
SECTION 4-.-'- This ordinance shall be read on two . separate days and
will be effective upon _publication of title and` a 'certified `summary therein
