AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER ,INTO A,.
CONTRACT WITH APPLIED COMPUTING TECHNOLOGY,.. INC. _FOR WRITING. A
BUDGETARY ACCOUNTING SYSTEM FOR THE D34 COMPUTER TO I BE USED BY
THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: _
SECTION ' 1. That ,the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to
enter into a contract with Applied Computing Technology, Inc . ,, for writing a
budgetary accounting _system, including any necessary, sub -system -and programs
for the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. Said contract is attached hereto .and made a part _hereof
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read ;on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
