At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held on Saturday, July 11, 2009, at
3:00 p.m., Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the Mayor (City Clerk was
unable to attend the meeting) the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Abraham, Kaler, Watkins and Mayor Paxton (4). Commissioner Gault was absent (1).
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICES
Mayor Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kaler, that the Notices of
Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah for 3:00 p.m., July
11, 2009, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Kaler, Watkins and Mayor
Paxton (4).
(Mayor Paxton called the roll and recorded the vote for the called meeting notice. The
City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk were unable to attend.)
The Board of Commissioners held a Neighborhood Walk event. They met at the Texaco
Station located at the corner of Madison and 7th Street and proceeded with the walk in the
Lowertown area. They talked with business owners, customers and residents.
Several directors participated in the walk in the downtown area.
Upon motion meeting adjourned.
