ORDINANCE NO. 81-6-2115
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 79-2-1688, ENTITLED,
"AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF NEIL H. HARNED, SINGLE, 303 ASH -
BROOK AVENUE, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO PURCHASE THEINTERESTOF THE
CITY IN LOT 23, BLOCK B, KNOWN AS 428 ASH13ROOK AVENUE, FOR THE SUM
OF $700.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
QUITCLAIM DEED"
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
passed an ordinance on February 27, 1979, approving the conveyance to Neil H.
Harned, the interest of the City in property located at 428 Ashbrook Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Neil H. Harned has withdrawn his request to purchase the
interest of the City in said property at 428 'Ashbrook Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION ' 1 That Ordinance No. ' 79-2-1688 be, and it is -hereby, re-
pealed in its entirety.
SECTION "2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
