ORDINANCE NO. 81-6-2095
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $90, 000.00 TO
THE PAXTON PARK GOLF COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is the recipient of $90,000.00 from
the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for a portion of the property located at the
intersection of Jackson Street and Lone Oak Road, and
WHEREAS, this property was a portion of Paxton Park, and
WHEREAS said-paymentof $0-9 060.-0-0 is
s payable to the City of
Paducah.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION
1:

Commission the sum
of 496,-000.00 -Which
was' received'
by' the City pursuant to the sale of said property.
SECTION -2.-- This' expense should be -charged- to Acdbunt'No. 9094.
SECTION 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist due to the
imminent need of the Paxton Park Golf Commission of the above mentioned
funds and this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage at one
meeting.
