ZONING ORDI- NANCE - 1976 SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING BE_ IT ORDAINED BY THE, CITY. OF, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:. _.. SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on April 6, 1981, _entitled,, :!A,.RESOLUTION_.CONSTITUTING THE__FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY, -LOCATED IN AN AREA KNOWN. AS THE LOWER TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD' , be approved as, the final report..of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth,... . SECTION 2. That the zone classification change and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby,, declared to be. in agreement . with the comprehensive e. plan of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3-A. This zoning shall be subject to be reviewed along with the comprehensive plan for the City of Paducah in 1986. If at that time progress has not taken place, as noted by the intent of the historical zone ordinance, the Board of Commissioners may revoke the historical zone and the zoning shall revert to the present zone or as the Board of Commissioners may rezone at that time. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof -separable from all other sections paragraphs,: and provisions.-
