A Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held at the River Heritage
Museum in the Founder's Room at 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2003 and at 9:00 a.m.,
February 1, 2003. Those present were Mayor Paxton, Commissioners Coleman, Guess,
Montgomery and Smith (5). On Friday Commissioner Montgomery was present for
about an hour and on Saturday, Commissioner Guess was late and Commissioner
Montgomery was present for %2 day. She then participated by teleconference.
This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session with Howard Pulley as
facilitator. A copy of the agenda is contained in the Minute file.

The meeting adjourned approximately at 5:30 p.m. on January 31, and on 2:30 p.m. on
February 1, 2003.
