ORDINANCE NO. 81-4-2084
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE NEGOTIATED BID OF EMVEC FOR SALE
TO THE CITY OF TWO AMBULANCE CHASSIS, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF
McCRACKEN COUNTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of EMVEC for
sale to the City of two (2) ambulance chassis, for the sum of $14,894.00 each,
subject to the approval of McCracken County; said negotiated bid being in sub-
stantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was
authorized by Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on February 24, 1981,
and as contained in the negotiated bid of EMVEC, dated March 23, 1981.
_,..SECTION 2. That the
Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with
EMVEC for the ambulance chassis authorized in Section 1 above, according
to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore
approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said chassis shall be charged
General Fund Contigency No. 9094.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary
thereof.
