ORDINANCE NO. 81-4-2082
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-47,- "NONCIVIL
SERVICE GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH ; KENTUC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That subsection (a) of Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service -
Employees Generally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky;
be amended and `i.eordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter
read as follows:
"Se -C. 2-47. Noncivil -Service Employees- :Generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation- 'of. -the -following noncivil.
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the
designation of such employment, upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years
of service in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager.
