AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ' SECTION -2-49 "CITY MANAGER - GENERALLY"
OF THE CODE --- OF ORDINANCES OF, THE CITY OF PADUCAH,'KENTUCKY
BE JT- ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION IT-.-, That Section -2-49 "City Manager - Generally" of the Code of
Ordinances,- of -the -City of Paducah,, Kbritucky,, be amended and reordai"ned so that
same -as amended and-r-eordained shall -hereafter -read- as'follows::
"Sec. 2-49., City Manager - Generally`: -
- The annual rate -of compensation-forthe, City Manager shall be paid at the
times other city salaries are paid, and shall be exclusive of the compensation, if any,
paid to him as a member of the Electric Plant Board of the City.
