A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE KENTUCKY LAW
ENFORCEMENT FOUNDATION ~ PROGRAM FUND
BE IT RESOh~ED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: -

SECTION 1. It'-is hereby declared that the City- of Padizcah~: Kentucky,
will make application for participation in the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foun-
dation Program, Fund, (Training incentive program and/or education incentive
program).
SECTION 2. If accepted for participation in the fund, the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, shall 'comply with `KRS' 15 ~ 410 to--15:510: and all.=regulations
of the Department of `Justice °relating thereto . ' -- - -
