ORDINANCE NO. 81-:-3-2074
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER CORPORATION
AND THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah as applicant, has agreed to amend
a grant approved by the Secretary of Housing & Urban Development, under
Section 119 of the Housing & Community Development Act of 1974, and
WHEREAS, certain modifications to that agreement requires the
City of Paducah and the Paducah -McCracken County Convention Center to enter

necessary funds for the completion of the Convention Center Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into an agreement, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
set out in full, with the Paducah -McCracken County Convention Center Cor-
poration.4 and the Secretary of Housing & Urban Development.
SECTION 2. -'This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary - thereof.
