AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-11,
ABSENCES FROM BOARD, COMMISSION, AUTHORITY OR COMMITTEE MEETINGS
OF CHAPTER? 2'ADMINISTRATION, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 2-11'; Absences' from
Board, Commission, Authority 'or Committee meetings of the -`Code of Ordinances
of
the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and 'it is
hereby,- amended and reordained
so
that said Section as --amen
I ded and reordained
shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-11. Absences from Board, Commission, Authority or Com-

"(a) N' appointed` member of any city board, commission`, authority,
or committee shall be absent from-EnToTx than} three (3) con-
secutive regular board, commission, authority or committee
meetings. "
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication.. in full.
