WHEREAS, the City
of Paducah has entered into a
grant :ag.reement.
with the Secretary. of Housing_
& Urban Development, under
Section
119 of
the Housing & Community_ Development Act of, 1974, and
WHEREAS.;it has .become ,nec.es-sary. to, modify the grant -agreement
as specified in Exhibit .'A'. attached hereto::
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT,.ORDAINED BY THE.. CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to -execute_ the Amendment
_.to_ Grant Agreement,. which.;is. attached hereto and incorporated herein as if
set -out, in full. ,
SECTION 2-. This -ordinance shall- be -read on. -two -separate days
and will be effective upon publication in full.
