ORDINANCE NO. 81-3-2067
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN "AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN FOR EQUAL
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY" FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the present Affirmative Action Plan for Equal Employment
-Opportunity for' the City of Paducah Kentucky, is seven years old, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners' desires to' adopt an up -dated
Affirmative Action Plan for' Equal Employment Opportunity, and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has developed an
Affirmative Action' -Plan which has been received and filed in -the official
records of the City.
-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
SECTION 1: That the City- of 'Paducah hereby adopts the Affirmative
Action -Plan for Equal Employment •Opportunity as the* official" plan of the City
of Paducah, said Plan being received and filed with the official records on
March 10;.1981
SECTION' 2. " The Mayor -is authorized tosign the Affirmative Action Plan
adopted in Secfion 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication in full.
