ORDINANCE NO. 81-3-2065
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION 2 OF SECTION 12-46,
QUALIFICATIONS OF TRAINEES OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That sub -section 2 of Section 12-46, Qualifications of
Trainees, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah be amended and
reordained so that said sub -section shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 12-46. Qualifications of Trainees.
(2) He must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and must
not have reached his thirty-sixth (36) birthday." -(m rcler-the-

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
