HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-3-205922 ORDINANCE NO. 81-3-2059 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN AND KLEET AND ASSOCIATES, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH FROM JULY 1, 1980 TO JUNE 30, 1981, FOR THE SUM OF $10,550.00 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Allen and _Kleet and Associates, Certified Public Accountants, to perform the audits of all city accounts, including the general fund, federal revenue sharing, the police and firemen's pension fund, the ,appointive employees' persion fund, sewer system funds, parking facility funds, and other incidental accounting services, for the sum of $10,550.00, covering the period from July 1, 1980 to June 30, 1981; said proposal being according to the terms and conditions set forth in the letter of Allen and Kleet and Associates, Certified Public Accountants, to Mr. Jim Tidwell, City Manager, dated February 12, 1981. SECTION 2. Payment for the audit expenses set forth in Section 1 above shall be made from the accounts in the general fund and federal revenue sharing funds as set forth in the appropriate apportionment -ordinance -or as may be hereafter provided in an appropriate reapportionment ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
