AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4452
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEN-
TUCKY, ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1990
THROUGH JUNE 30, 1991 BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERN-
MIENT"
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to reappropriate
available funds among the various departments of the City;
and
WHEREAS, KRS prohibits expenses to exceed the
budget in any department.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the annual.budget for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1990 and ending June 30, 1991, is
hereby amended as follows:
