ORDINANCE NO. 84-5-2513
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 83-6-2396 ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1983
THROUGH JUNE 30, 1984, BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to reappropriate available funds among the
various departments of the City, and
WHEREAS, KRS prohibits expenses to exceed the budget in any department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1983 and ending June 30, 1984 is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION 2. In order to balance the 1983-84 budget, an emergency is declared to
exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption with one
reading.
