At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Commission Chambers
at City Hall at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2003, Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call
of the roll by Natalie Massa of the Finance Department, the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton (5).
MOTIONS
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Commissioner Montgomery offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that the
Notice of Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah for 1:00
p.m., Tuesday, July 21, 2003, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Montgomery, Smith
and Mayor Paxton (5).
This meeting was held to discuss various FY2004 budget related issues. The discussion
topics included, but were not limited to, staffing, efficiency, reduction proposals, and
revenue enhancements.
Due to the City Clerk attending a conference out of town, Natalie Massa of the Finance
Department and Jonathan Perkins, Director of Finance took notes and a copy of those are
included in the minute meeting folder.
Upon motion meeting was adjourned.
