Home My WebLink About84-11-2614200 ORDINANCE NO. 84-11-2614 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $3,612.57 TO LARRY MEADOWS BODY SHOP FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO POLICE DEPARTMENT CRUISER AND:DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City -Treasurer be authorized to pay to Larry Meadows Body Shop the sum of $3,612.57 for emergency repairs'to a police cruiser. SECTION 2. That Account No. 20-500-210-322 shall be charged with the aforesaid expenditure. SECTION 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage with one reading.
