ORDINANCE NO. 84-11-2612
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF
$9,:582.42, FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE NEW 1985,4 -DOOR DODGE DIPLOMAT AUTOMOBILE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc., in
the amount of $9,582.42, for sale to the City of one new 1985 4-D.00.r Dodge Diplomat
automobile:, said bid being in substantial compliance with the: bid specifications and
advertisement for bids as was authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of
Commissioners on October 9, 1984, and as contained in the bid'of Allan Rhodes, Inc.,
dated October 1.7, 1984.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Allan
Rhodes, Inc. for sale to the City of one new 1985 4 -Door Dodge Diplomat automobile as
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said automobile shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-320-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
