AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON CHEVROLET-CADILLAC, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF
$10,841.13, FOR SALE TO: THE CITY OF ONE NEW 1985..STATION'WAGON FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac,
Inc., in the amount of $10,841.13, for sale to the City of one new 1985 Chevrolet Caprice
station wagon to be used by the Fire Department, said bid being in substantial compliance with
the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as'•was.authorized by Municipal Order passed
by the Board of Commissioners on September 25, 19.84,_and.as--contained in the bid of Wilson
Chevrolet-Cadillac,%Inc:, dated October 15, 1984."
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a -contract with Wilson
Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. for sale to the City of one new 1985 Chevrolet Caprice station wagon
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3.: The purchase price for-said'stat.ion wagon shall be charged to Account No.
20-500-220-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
