AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER .INTO A CONTRACT WITH TENNI-TRAC
SPORTS SURFACES IN THE AMOUNT OF,$2,986.00 FOR REPAIRS ON SIX ALL WEATHER TENNIS
COURTS AT NOBLE PARK
SECTION 1. ,That the:Mayor be authorized to.enter into a contract with
Tenni-Trac Sports Surfaces in the amount of $2,986.00, for all labor, material,,
equipment and supervision necessary to perform repairs on six all weather tennis
courts at Noble Park in the City of,Paducah.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid expenditure shall be paid from account number
10-500-610-525.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective ,upon publication .of title -;and a., ::certified summary -,thereof.
